Do You Qualify?

Formational Ventures members are individuals who can meet the following criteria:

1. Do you meet certain investor qualifications?
   All members must be "accredited investors". To learn more about what an "accredited investor" is, click here.
2. Can you help identify and qualify new investment opportunities?
   Members are typically persons who are actively engaged in professional management or engineering endeavors or who have retired from such endeavors. Our members are persons who can introduce new investment opportunities to Formational Ventures for investment consideration. These same members may provide analysis or investment qualifications opinions to Formational Ventures and its members from time to time.
3. Can you afford to participate?
   Formational Ventures is engaged in the earliest stage of venture investments, often at the ground-floor. Investments such as these have led to very substantial returns in the past. However, these investments also carry the highest-risk, as the companies are often just starting-out. As a result, FV members who wish to diversify a portion of their investment portfolio and help entrepreneurs build new businesses may participate in Formational investments. However, these FV members must be able to afford losses associated with investments that do not succeed.
